Please note that we now have Wifi available for users of our space, and a wonderful ceiling-mounted projector and motorized screen to enhance any multimedia aspect of your event.

We can modify the lounge to suit your needs for your event. Big group? Small group? We can make it work for you.
Our 4-sheet ice surface is a great place to have fun and play our great sport. We have sliders and brooms. All you need is clean running shoes and comfy clothing.
Our lounge is cozy, relaxing, and modern. And the fireplace is the exact temperature that you like.
The kitchen has 2 fridges, 2 stoves, loads of counter space and storage, and many utensils are on-site. This is very ideal if your event also includes food.
And a fully stocked bar with everything you might need to keep your guests refreshed.

Lounge $200.00 for members, $250.00 for non-members / Kitchen $50.00 / Curling Ice $300.00
Note- HST is charged on the total reservation amount.
For the Renter to secure the rental reservation, payment of the full rental rate is required.
Cancellation is required thirty-one (31) days prior to the reservation date to ensure a full refund.
Cancellations between fourteen (14) and thirty (30) days prior to the reservation date will receive 50% of the payment refunded.
Cancellation thirteen (13) days or less prior to the reservation date will be non-refundable. Under certain circumstances event dates may be altered within the calendar year, pending availability.
THE PERSON(S) CONTRACTING THE RESERVATION OF THE CLUB, AND WHOSE SIGNATURE(S) APPEARS ON THE RESERVATION CONTRACT WILL BE FULLY RESPONSIBLE TO THE CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT.
LOUNGE
The lounge can legally accommodate 165 persons.
Tables and chairs normally present in the upstairs lounge may be rearranged at your discretion but must be returned to their normal places. There is currently seating for 32 people. Tables are round and 54" in diameter. The club does not supply tablecloths. Additional tables and chairs are available upon request. If required, please arrange for an early set up. All tables and chairs brought into the club must have protective covers on the legs.
Any decorations placed for the reservation shall be removed at the conclusion of the event, and must be non-damaging.
All garbage must be placed in the bin outside or taken home with you.
KITCHEN
ABSOLUTELY NO FRYING OR DEEP-FRYING WILL BE ALLOWED INSIDE THE BUILDING.
The kitchen, the appliances, dishes and cutlery, etc. shall be cleaned and returned to their normal storage compartments. Person(s) reserving the club will supply their own coffee, tea, and condiments. You may use the club's tea towels. There are dishes and cutlery for approximately 100 people.
BAR
If the bar is needed then a bartender will be provided by the club & charged to the renter. ($15.00 / hr.) If your function would like to serve wine that is not on the clubs regular menu then we can order items through our Liquor License. We would charge $5.00 plus bar tax (13%) per bottle corkage fee on top of the cost of the wine. The order must be made by the case and needs to be placed two weeks prior to the event.
NOTE - we are a smoke free facility and anyone smoking outside must be a minimum of 30 feet from an entrance.
